Our ultimate goal: equal and direct relationships with cooperatives and/or farmers . We want to give them ownership in the coffee chain and grow together towards climate-proof plantations.

If this is not (yet) possible, we choose FTO. Through these labels we can be sure that farmers receive support to provide for their livelihood and to invest in their coffee cultivation.

100% arabica from San Juan del Rio Coco (Madriz region), Northern Nicaragua, grown between 1000 and 1400m.

Intensity

3 (intense). Gourmets will discover hazelnut, chocolate and a hint of apple in this coffee.

Region & altitude

100% Arabica from the mountain village of Bombe, in the district of Benza (southwestern Ethiopia).

Intensity

2 (medium). With floral notes and hints of white tea, jasmine, and honey.

Recommended brewing method

Filter, French Press or aeropress. TIP: Always allow boiling water to cool down.

100% arabica beans from the region around Santa Rosa, Chiquimula, South-West Guatemala, grown at an altitude of 1300-1500m.

3 (intense). You taste chocolate tones and hints of cane sugar, honey and ripe fruit.
