Grinding degree
Adjust your grind size to the brewing method to get the most out of your coffee. With some brewing methods, the coffee is in contact with water for a long time (requires a coarser grind), in others very short (finer grinding degree). It is therefore important that there is no over- or under-extraction. Your coffee tastes either too strong/intense or too weak/watery.
French press/cafetière: coarse grind
Filter and Aeropress: medium grind
Bialetti/mocha pot: fine grind
Espresso/porta filter: very fine grind
Freshly packaged after ordering
Your coffee is slowly roasted to perfection and only packaged (and possibly ground) after you have ordered. This way, a few days later you can enjoy a delicious cup of coffee full of taste & aroma.
