3 (intense). You taste chocolate tones and hints of cane sugar, honey and ripe fruit.

Sunny Joe

Region & altitude

100% arabica beans from Western Honduras, on the border with El Salvador, Mercedes province, altitude 1000-1200m.

2 (medium). You taste notes of sugar cane, honey, chocolate and a nutty, lemony undertone.
